Tabs allow you to keep track of order items such as food and beverage for a particular guest or booking so they can settle at the end of their visit.

Enable tabs for each individual POS you want to use guest tabs for payment later.
- From Venue Manager, select More at the bottom left.
- Select Settings > Device.
- Switch on Enable Tabs (pay later).
- Select Save settings.
Create a tab
- After adding items to the cart at POS, select Add to tab.
- Select the Create new tab option
- Type in the tab reference number, guest name and (optional) email:
- This will add the outstanding amount to the tab, then allow you to print a receipt or start a new sale.
Add to an existing tab
- For existing tabs, after adding items to the cart, select Add to tab.
- Type in the tab reference number of guest name and select from the dropdown.
- Select Add to tab.
Manage tabs
- From POS, select the Search button
- Go to Unpaid tabs and search via name, booking ID or select from the list displayed.
- From the tab, there are options to add:
- Check-in
- Discount
- Tips
- Refund
- Charge
- Select Charge to finalize payment.
- Upon a successful transaction, you have the option to print a receipt.
Once a tab has been paid in full, it will no longer display in the Unpaid tabs list. However, you'll still be able to search for the booking's tab from POS.
