Outlines how to search and locate a Membership record.
Memberships is currently in beta and are not available to all clients.
There are two ways to find the membership in Venue Manager:
- from the Memberships List page
- using the search bar booking ID - this option should be used if you have the booking ID at hand, for example, if a customer calls on the phone in regards to their membership
Find membership from the Membership List page
- Navigate to Customers > Members to view the Membership List page
- On the Membership list, adjust the filters as required to find the membership holder or type in their details (name, booking ID, or membership number) on the search bar
- Select the Member that requires an update and you will see the Customers details
- This will take you to the booking Items tab. From here you can do actions such as deactivating the membership or update the credit card details for recurring memberships
