This article, you will learn two ways to search for a booking in ROLLER's Venue Manager:
Venue Manager search function
- In Venue Manager click the search icon on the bottom-left corner of the screen to open the panel.
- Select your record type: booking, guests or members.
- Start typing your search term.
Results will appear as you type - you don't need to hit Enter.
Record type selection

Booking status
When searching, use the booking status indicator to quickly find the right booking or member record.

Things to know
- When a membership is pending activation, the booking is set to active and will appear in booking searches. Once the membership is activated it will appear in the member search with the appropriate status.
Multi-venue search
How multi-venue search works
Staff with access to multiple ROLLER venues can search across all linked parks for bookings, guests and member records. When you select to search all venues, ROLLER looks for records in all venues that you have access to. This is particularly useful for staff who manage bookings, guests or members across a number of ROLLER venues.
Search results are based on the venues you have permission to access, so you will only see records you're allowed to view.
Start a multi-venue search
In Venue Manager, click the search icon on the bottom-left corner of the screen to open the search flyout panel.
- Select your record type: booking, guests or members.
- Click on the venue selection dropdown menu to view a list of venues that you have access to > select All venues to search for records across all available venues.
- Alternatively, select a specific venue see results for that venue.
- Click on the search parameters dropdown menu on the right hand side of the search text box > select the parameter you wish to search.
- Type your search term and click Search.
Search results will be displayed with status and venue name listed.
Venue access for HQ staff
For HQ staff, search results are limited to the ROLLER venues that the user has access to. For more information HQ staff accounts, please see Managing HQ staff & roles.
