In this article, learn two ways you can search for a booking's transaction history in Venue Manager.
Using the transactions report
- From Venue Manager, go to Reports tab > All reports > Detailed Transactions report
- Enter the booking number in the search bar at the top of the Detailed transactions report
- Adjust the date filter for the time period you want to include in the search.
- Make sure all other filters are set to include everything.
- Click Apply filters. All transactions related to that booking within the specified time period display.
Using the booking's payments tab
- Search for the booking in Venue Manager.
- From the booking details page, click the Payments tab.
- All transactions related to the booking appear.
