Issue a physical gift card in POS

This guide shows you how to issue a physical gift card in POS.

If you need to issue a gift card to a customer via Venue Manager please follow the steps outlined in this article.

Ensure that your gift card product has been added to your POS device. If it has not been added you can follow our article here to learn how to add it to your menu.
Navigate and select the required gift card product within the POS
- If you are issuing a custom discount then you will need to enter in the price required for the value of the gift card
Scan or manually input the gift card number and select done
Once the transaction is complete select Pay Total and finalize the transaction
