This guide shows you different ways you can provide guests with access to completing waivers.
When a waiver is linked to your products and experiences, guests are prompted to complete the waiver after purchasing tickets in the online checkout, from a link in booking confirmation emails or a link from your website.
If your guests haven't completed their waivers before arriving at your venue, guests can easily review and sign waivers using their smartphones, a waiver kiosk or a QR code at the venue. This streamlines the process of obtaining consent to waivers and helps to reduce wait times for guests.
All signed waivers are automatically stored with the guest record in ROLLER, making it easy for you to retrieve and check waivers have been signed when redeeming tickets at entry.
If you haven't created a waiver in Venue Manager, refer to the guide Create a waiver.
