While using ROLLER, the Chrome pop-up blocker should be disabled to allow messages to pop-up in the Venue Manager and the POS.
To disable pop-up blocker in Google Chrome
In Google Chrome, pop-up blocking is enabled by default. To disable this feature, please follow the steps below:
- On your device, open Google Chrome
- In the top right corner of the page, navigate to Customize and Control Google Chrome
- Click on Settings
- Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings
- Click Pop-ups and redirects
- At the top, click the slide bar to turn the setting from Blocked (recommended) to Allowed
To allow pop-ups from a specific site like ROLLER
- On your device, open Google Chrome
- Navigate to a website where pop-ups are blocked
- In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked
- Click the link for the pop-up you want to see
- To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] then click Done
