This guide shows you how your ROLLER password can be reset.
Reset your ROLLER password
- Navigate to https://launchpad.roller.app/ and click the Forgotten your password? link.
- Enter your email address used to sign in and click Send reset instructions.
- Check your email inbox (or spam folder) for the email.
Click on the Reset password link to open a new page and create a new password. Your password must be at least 9 characters long.
Reset your POS PIN
Only an administrator or manager in ROLLER can reset POS PINs. Follow the instructions here: Changing staff passwords and POS PINs
Didn't receive a reset password email?
We recommend looking in the spam folder. If you don't receive the email after a few minutes please contact your account administrator.
Don't have access to your email address?
Speak to your account administrator to change the associated email address to one that you can access.
