Passwords cannot be reset for accounts that have yet to be configured with a password, if a sign up email was sent, please look for the email and register via the link.
Platform logins are separate to your ROLLER Champion support logins. This can be set up to be the same as your login information but the portals are different from one another.
From Venue Manager
1. Unable to remember the password for the ROLLER account when trying to login to Venue Manager, you can click the 'Forgot password?' link. Type in the login email and click 'Reset password' so that an email can be sent to the account email to reset the password
Don't have access to that email address? We highly recommend asking the Account Administrator to change the associated email address to one that you can access and if possible, get them to adjust the password while they're at it
2. The following email will be sent to the account email - please click the unique link to reset the password
3. This will redirect to another page to reset your password. Follow the instructions and type in a new password and confirm it. Click 'Submit' to finalise the new password and the account will be accessible using the new details
If you can't remember your password or passcode to your POS login, please speak to an Administrator of your account to change this for you
