This article will show you how to configure global settings for all POS devices in your venue.
In Venue Manager, go Apps > Point of Sale > Settings.
|Receipts can be reprinted||Enables the ability for receipts to be reprinted in the POS.|
|Require a manager's code to reprint receipts||Require manager authorisation (enter POS PIN) before a receipt can be reprinted.|
|Show legal business name on receipts||Add the venue's legal name to be printed on receipts. If set to No, the venue's trading name as it appears in ROLLER will be displayed.|
|Print each item on a separate line||By default, receipts will group the same items together and show the quantity of items. When set to Yes, receipts will list each item purchased as a separate line item, regardless if they are the same item.|
|Display discounts as a single line item||Displays all discounts applied to a transaction as a single line item.|
|Add tipping options to receipts||Enables feature for guests to add tips to receipts. Configure use predefined tip amounts in addition to a custom amount. Set the amounts you would like guests to select from, in addition to a custom amount field.|
|Receipt logo||Add your logo to the receipts printed. When enabled, a button will appear for you to upload the logo you'd like to use.|
|Venue representative||Allows you to add venue representative field on all POS receipts. Once enabled, a text box will appear where you can type in the representative name|
Click the Save button on the bottom right corner to keep the changes you have made.
