Test barcode scanning
Test your 2D barcode scanner is working (if applicable).

- In Playground purchase a ticket using your email address so you receive the confirmation email.
- Open Playground POS to try scanning the ticket in the booking search field.

No, if your 2D barcode scanner is unable to scan ROLLER tickets please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Double check your barcode scanner model supports 2D barcode scanning
- Check it’s correctly connected to your POS station via USB
- Try unplugging the scanner & plugging it back in
- Open up Notepad & attempt to scan ROLLER ticket into Notepad
If you've successfully scanned the ticket into Notepad and you're still having problems scanning in ROLLER please log a support ticket.
If you can't scan into Notepad it means theirs an issue with the scanner itself and we recommend speaking to your hardware supplier or a third-party IT consultant.
