This end-to-end checklist is your single source of truth when it comes to completing all tasks required to successfully launch with ROLLER. 

Getting started 

  Add a stored payment method for billing automation (the popup notification won't go away until you do this)

  From Venue Manager, go to Getting started to follow the steps and resources to help you get up and running with ROLLER.

Payments and hardware

Before you can launch with ROLLER, there are some key tasks that you need to complete to make sure you can process payments successfully and implement compatible hardware.

  Audit your POS hardware

  Audit your card terminals

  Apply for a payment solution

Build your venue 

Set up your account

 Add your venue settings

 Add your taxes and fees

 Add your venue policy

 Add your brand logo and colours

 Adjust your email template (Pro plan & above)

 Add your resources for capacity management

 Create a waiver (if applicable)

 Create a form (if applicable)

Create your products

The products you decide to create will be unique to your venue. For a full product list, see available product types in ROLLER.  

Skip an item if it doesn't relate to your venue.

 Create a membership product to offer exclusive multi-tiered discounts to repeat visitors (fixed & recurring memberships available)

 Create a gift card (physical and digital available)

 Create a stock item to sell food, beverage and merchandise products + more

 Create stock modifiers (Pro plan & above) so you can add modifiers to food and beverage orders

 Create a session pass including its product schedules. The first time you set up a schedule you'll need to set up operating hours. Time-restricted session passes are our most common product type.

 Create a standard pass 

 Create a party package including dynamically calculated party inclusions and its party schedule 

 Create a party session pass including its party schedule 

 Create a recurring pass (

 Create packages to sell a group of products at a discounted rate 

 Create a discount code to offer exclusive discounts to guests 

Create your online checkout and POS device

 Create a checkout to sell products online

 Create a POS device to see products in your venue (create a POS template if you have multiple POS devices that will share the same menus and products)

 Launch POS and log in

 Set up POS device settings to customize POS features so they are optimized for use
