Attendance report
This report shows all ticket redemptions (or check-ins) for a selected date range.

Use cases
- Identify attendance across time periods in table or graph view;
- Understand the time periods where you can do venue cleaning or overhauls as they are generally slow periods;
- Identify the natural flow to the business day, highlighting peaks and lulls and adjust your promotional efforts and staffing.
Things to know
- Items that are expired can still be redeemed, hence will appear on the attendance report. This is done by overriding subsequent warnings when attempting to redeem the expired ticket(s) via POS.
- Membership tickets that are checked-in at POS will appear in this report. If a membership is used as a discount for another booking, the redemption of the discount will not appear in this report.
For example:
A guest at the POS redeems a "Gold membership" discount to book a "Day Pass - All Access" ticket and the "Day Pass" ticket is redeemed, the report will reflect that there is 1 redemption for the Day Pass only.
